Nigel Polkinghorne, Director

Nigel is an architectural technician with over 40 years experience in a variety of design sectors, and over the last few years has been very successful with securing permission for barn conversions and new builds.

Debbie Polkinghorne, Director

Debbie has a good knowledge of the planning system which has often helped to secure planning for the less straightforward projects. She looks after the team and oversees the financial running of the business.

Darren Mayne MCIAT, Chartered Architectural Technologist

Darren has 14 years in practice experience in architecture. He became a chartered technologist in 2018. He has an extensive knowledge in building regulations in both residential and commercial sectors with a robust interest in modern and traditional build methodologies. He is an accredited SAP assessor and proficient in thermal performance, sustainability and green technologies.

Megan Sones, Office Administrator

Megan manages the day to day running of the business, and provides support for all the team members and is usually first point of contact for clients.

Ben Jeffery , Apprentice Architectural Technician

Ben is already demonstrating an aptitude with Revit and design and is invested in future technologies and sustainability. He is currently undertaking his HNC Level 4 at Exeter College.
